Home Delivered Meals
Funding Amount: $160,000
Program Overview: The Home Delivered Meals program delivers nutritionally balanced hot meals during the day to homebound person. Some people also receive cold, bagged meals so they will have food available in the evenings as well.

WIC Electronic Transfer (EBT) Planning Grant
